Who I am.
Hi, I’m Maggie.
Taking the first step toward healing is a meaningful decision, and I’m honored you’re here. If you’re ready, I’d love to walk alongside you as we find a path forward that feels supportive, sustainable, and uniquely yours.
Much of my work focuses on eating disorder recovery and rebuilding a healthy relationship with food and your body. My approach is weight-inclusive and aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES); I believe that all bodies deserve compassionate, evidence-based care.
Alongside eating disorder recovery, I support clients navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, postpartum challenges, and relationship changes. These experiences can feel overwhelming or disorienting, but therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with yourself with care and clarity.
My connection to grief work is both personal and professional. I lost my father suddenly as a teenager and my mother unexpectedly years later. These losses shaped me profoundly and inspired my commitment to supporting others through life-altering loss. One of the ideas that resonates most deeply with me is that grief doesn’t shrink over time, we grow around it. The love we carry for those we’ve lost remains, and over time it becomes woven into the fabric of our lives in new, meaningful ways.
Before opening my private practice, I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College in 2018 and worked in both residential eating disorder programs and outpatient community behavioral health settings. In 2021, I transitioned to smaller private practices, where I found my calling: creating slower, more intentional spaces where therapeutic relationships can thrive and treatment can be tailored to the individual in front of me.
Healing is rarely linear, and it looks different for everyone. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for your experiences. Whether you’re navigating eating disorder recovery, grief, anxiety, postpartum challenges, relationship transitions, or simply a heavy season of life, therapy can be a space where you slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to move toward a life that feels more grounded, compassionate, and aligned with who you are.
What brings me joy.
I am a single mama to a beautiful, sassy and confident 2 year old girl, Ellie. She makes my whole world go round.
I am part of a women’s surf club in New Jersey that has totally shaped my life. Women encouraging women is empowering and that community has lifted me when I needed support.
When I’m not in the water, yoga is where I find my flow. It helps keep me grounded, out of my mind and into my body.
